Location: 4 Dalry Road Kilwinning KA13 7HD                                                                       Salary: From  £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm plus out of hours as required

With a strong reputation and a distinctive offering — including our unique trucker hearse — we are now seeking a Funeral Services Manager to lead and support our growing team.

Role Overview:
As Funeral Services Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our operations across three funeral homes. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight, client service, community engagement, and fleet coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of three funeral homes, ensuring high standards of care and service
  • Manage and coordinate the external hire of our silver fleet and unique trucker hearse to other funeral directors
  • Provide direct assistance and chauffeur driving duties on funerals as required
  • Develop and expand our repatriation services within the UK and Ireland
  • Promote and raise awareness of our trucker hearse across the profession and to the wider public
  • Represent the company at community events and support local initiatives
  • Adhere to and promote our company dress code and professional standards
  • Lead by example, maintaining a compassionate and client-focused approach at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the funeral industry
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Must hold or be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Impeccable presentation and adherence to company dress code
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to engage in community events and act as a company ambassador
